A little background 

Drum and & Base is British dance music which has Amen drum beat as a fundamental part of its rhythm section, started with jungle which was more sample based

uplifting or vocal drum and base and hard step is what we will be focusing on but drum and base cannot be bottled or confined to one type it has endless variants as many of the producers dj's and artists are classically trained

When it went from underground to global other countries are putting together some hard tracks and pushing the musical movement to next levels, but remember this thought;  Jazz played a big part of its origins as Jungle music and Djs like grove rider and many more where into house and jazz and funk. So you could argue its a American British global collaboration of underground music, purists in drum and bass don't like words attached to the underground scene; we know this !!

you don't have to be musically trained to visit a studio for two days a made a track send it to a major record label and they make it amazing, I just asked for created notes and chords , sang and asked for some women screaming to be laid down of the track 

and its about love for the music and love for women I asked the producer , end of that story !!

A major label took it and made it a massive drum and base track. I just liked the processes I didn't ask for money or royalties

 as a musician myself and promotor of music ie jazz café performance and the night 'Event Horizon'.  I am not be no means comparing myself to the greats I just have added a little inspiration at the bottom of this page at 19 years of age we were supporting the drum and bass movement contacting suppliers ,mail retailers for the models so they got free clothes and agencies to try an bring drum and bass to other locations that were safe with good security and a great atmosphere.
